Year 2014, has been a very busy year for landmax.pro. 6 Months since release, we have added over hundred major features and hundreds of minor fixes.

We did cover many of the features in our news articles, which can be found on our website. But here is a list of some of our major improvements.

  • A typical user can now access information onsite with an IPad/Tablet, record new properties, add maintenance jobs, take photos and upload them while carrying out an appointment.
  • An estate agent or letting agent can impress their potential vendor/landlord, by matching the property instantly to available applicants while discussing the valuation.
  • No need for Windows, Server, or even Office programs. landmax.pro has its own file storage and document editor that truly means an agency can save thousands on infrastructure.
  • Unlimited numbers of staff can access landmax.pro with real-time sharing of data and updates between accounts.
  • Dynamic documents that allow users to minimally – if at all – edit a letter. For example there is a clever tenancy agreement that changes its terms according to a Let-Only or Management tenancy.
  • No installation and an easy interface means that even your newest employee can get working with landmax.pro without training.
  • Multiple adverts per property, with different fee schemes. This allows an agent to be competitive and avoid duplicating information.
  • Payments that are calculated automatically. Not good at maths? Don’t worry, beginning, middle and end of tenancy charges are calculated to your pre-set fee schemes.
  • Many places to advertise via portal feeds, modern responsive websites and our exclusive wireless TV module, that is cheaper than any other comparable screen-based advertising system.

landmax.pro is already a one stop shop for agencies’ most essential needs. An example of this is the landmax.pro document editor that can be pre-templated, emailed, texted or even printed. Or landmax.pro cloud storage, comparable to Google Drive or Dropbox.

2014 for us was not just about creating new features, but learning about many user cases and strengthening our relationships with our clients. We understand that the property industry is a network of many niches that use a core standard of processes which mostly overlap. With this in mind, we made landmax.pro flexible and focused on the user. We understood and built the features that our clients needed. The user defines the processes, we trust our clients to know their business.

The market is saturated with expensive incumbent systems; this was actually a barrier to entry into the industry with the average agency taking up to two years to source and fund a centralised system. The systems that existed tied users to lengthy contracts, with months of training required even for basic integration.

We felt that the reason we had an edge was that we had expertise in new technologies that had not been applied to this industry. We had property experience that enabled us to use and understand best practices. All of this packaged together allowed us to be ground breaking – launching a Free Version of our software that allowed start-ups and Independent Letting & Estate Agents to be on par with their co-competitors.

For small start-ups we are the obvious choice, landmax.pro has hundreds of features that can be used for their business for free. There are also optional premium features, such as websites at just £35 PCM.

And coming in January 2015 per request of many of our clients we are adding bundle packages to suit their requirements. This will allow various business types to budget and grow organically, yet remain at the cutting edge, regardless of their size.

We are also excited to tell you that the first major new feature of 2015, coming in January will be client online login accounts, for landlords, tenants, contractors and applicants. This will allow your clients to communicate and see their information on their mobile, tablet and PC 24 hours, 7 days a week. Promoting self service.
