Are there any upfront fees?

No. There are no upfront fees at all to begin using landmax.pro.

Do I have to sign a long term contract?

No. landmax.pro is a pay-as-you-go property management system. You can, either use our free package or simply pay month-to-month with one of our premium packages. There are no long-term contracts or commitments on your part.

If you cancel, you’ll be billed for the current month, but you won’t be billed again. You can also export all of your data to a spreadsheet at any time.

Do you offer any discounts on premium packages?
You’ll receive a massive 30% discount if you prepay for a year (12 months) of the Silver or Gold landmax.pro package.
Why is there a Free package?

With landmax.pro, our aim was to provide fair pricing from the start. The free version allows small independents and start-ups to benefit and grow with us. We also have packages available for businesses that require more features and service level assurances.

Individuals and companies of all sizes can now afford to have the best tools, in the fairest and most affordable way.

Are there any additional costs, such as equipment for networking?
Nope – you just need a device with an internet browser, be it a PC, tablet or Chromebook. Gone are the days of expensive servers and complicated networking.
Is there any trial period for the Free package?
No, you can stay on the Free package as long as you like, and only upgrade when it suits your needs.
Will the data already stored be ported to the new package when upgrading?
Package upgrades with landmax.pro are quick and easy. Your data will not be affected by package upgrades. All of your data will be saved.

How quickly can I get access to landmax.pro?
Depending on what size agent applies, we automatically brand the system to suit the user. But you will usually have access within 1 hour.
How long will it take my team to learn to use the software?

About 15 minutes. 95% of the system can be picked up straight away. The more complex parts, such as the accounting features, can be picked up by going through our detailed help section or by watching one of our help videos.

In addition, we offer remote training on any aspect that you want, making sure that you have the full benefit of landmax.pro.

Can I upload my existing data into landmax.pro?
You can upload any data instantly. Be it from your existing data from an old software supplier, or regular marketing lists acquired from your social media accounts. Open our data import tool, upload your data as a CSV, match fields and in just one minute your data is in your landmax.pro account.
Do I need a server?

Landmax.pro runs securely from the cloud powered by Google, hence you don't need to buy expensive server equipment. Moreover, we manage updates, backups and maintenance so you can concentrate on what matters most for you.

Where is my data stored?

Your data is stored in multiple locations in Europe. It is encrypted and has 4 levels of redundancy. The data is secured in Google Cloud with ISO Standards in place, for management, security and backups of your data.

Can we host landmax.pro on our own server?

Due to cloud-based nature of our product, it's not possible to install it on other servers.

This is where landmax.pro is different to our competition. We are one of the first pioneering cloud-based property management softwares. Operating centrally allows us to serve our hundreds of agencies quickly and reliably wherever they are, with daily data backups. As you use our product, you will notice that the software updates itself almost every day. This way, an agency can concentrate on running its core business, while we take care of maintenance and updates.

Can you confirm that landmax.pro can be used fully with at least Firefox, Safari and Chrome running on a Microsoft Windows 7 operating system?

Operating system doesn’t make difference. landmax.pro runs on all known OS. You can use landmax.pro from any smart device with a modern browser, be it PC or Tablet

Given the now large and increasing number of IT services that have had data stolen from them, how does landmax.pro ensure that all reasonable steps have been taken to reduce the possibility that this could happen to any data stored?

Privacy and security is something we take extremely seriously. Let us demonstrate how it works in practice:

  • Reliability: We take this so seriously that we don’t even trust ourselves with storing our customers' data. We work with Google in order to comply with the most secure storage standards (ISO 27001, SOC2, SSAE 16 & ISAE 3402). All data is encrypted and stored in Europe and managed by Google’s Cloud Services. Furthermore, multilevel redundancy backups are kept across Google’s own multiple data centres. Plus, we personally take daily backup snapshots.
  • Security: We made sure that we can minimise any conflict of interest resulting from our working with multiple agencies as we provide services to hundreds of agencies around the UK. Even our front-office staff can’t access your data without your permission. If you notice in your admin list, you have a landmax.pro support user. It is automatically added on new account creations, so our staff can assist our customers with their issues. Any action done by support staff is logged and can be seen in usage logs, making data access very transparent. Furthermore, if you wish, you can disable the support account and our staff members will not be able to access your back office.
  • Safety and Continuity. This is, in fact, one of the first aspects we focused on when designing landmax.pro. We built it in such a way that it continues to work even if the company folds, fire catches in our offices, floods take one of areas where our servers are hosted, or if any other emergency occurs. This is actually one of the reasons why we are better than most of our competition, Customers' data is safer with us than with even themselves. We use many practices from the banking industry to ensure reliability. We apply multiple levels of contingency to our operation. We are partnered with Google to store agencies data. This means your data is in the safest hands. Should something happen to us, your data will still be hosted by Google. What happens to my data if you go out of business?

We do fully appreciate and understand your concern. This is in fact one of the core aspects we focused on when designing landmax.pro. We built it in such a way that it continues to work even if the company folds, fire catches our offices, floods take one of areas where our servers are hosted or if other emergency occurs.

This means your data is in the safest hands. Should something happen to us, your data will still be hosted by Google. Can landmax.pro be used by multiple staff at the same time?
The same landmax.pro account can have more than one user, allowing simultaneous use of the same data by different staff, departments or branches. The software is not device specific and can be used on any number of PCs.
How many users can I have?
Unlike other property software proviers, landmax.pro doesn't charge for or limit user count. You are welcome to add as many users as you need.
How often do you release updates?

Constantly. We release small tweaks and bug fixes daily, and we release larger updates biweekly.
